I have PTSD from my childhood dentist experiences or should I say nightmares. Bottom line. This place has me at ease. Pleasurable, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. From the front desk, technician, on up to Dr. C Thanks! Next up a root canal with Dr. Wang before I go back to see Dr. C Will keep you posted!

How many times does one becoming a raving fan of their dentist? Dr Carmichael is one of those rare dentists that can pull that off- and also has an amazing supporting team (everyone from the office admin to the hygienists). I have been going here for 10 years (despite moving over 30 min away by road). They never recommend unnecessary work, always put your needs first and are just a fantastic experience all-round- and when they do work on your teeth, the quality is top notch. If all dental practices were like this, "anxiety from visiting the dentist" wouldn't be a thing.

My dentist has been on extended Covid leave - for 2 years!  I gave up trying to reach them & searched my insurance directory for participating dentists.  He was the closest, most convenient location & accepting new patients.  I was pleasantly surprised when I called & the very friendly receptionist said they had a cancellation that afternoon if I was available.  Very rare to get a same day appt., particularly as a new patient.  They clearly explained everything.   The hygienist was very nice & did a great job.  Very painless.  Even the X ray panels didn't dig in.   The dentist was down to earth.   No additional work was needed & I made the appt. for my next 6 mo. cleaning....
