Miguel and his team rock! The best auto repair shop I ever used. Honest, transparent, committed to the customer, open communication and proven expertise in a field. All process of replacing the transfer case was done on time as promised, with affordable service cost charged. Strongly recommended.

I wish there were more companies like them that existed today that operated with integrity. They were able to get BMW parts for my BMW X3 at less than 1/2 the price a BMW dealership was able to - which had returned my car unserviced and claiming the service it was brought in for was done when it was not (including oil change and with a broken windshield wiper, that was broken in their care after keeping it for days beyond what was quoted). They were great at explaining what would need attention and when - and didn't try to sell me anything my car didn't need. They came highly recommended, and I would recommend them to others in a heartbeat!

I had not even seen all of the glowing reviews before I called W.A.R. for the first time (when I found myself in a time-sensitive pinch...). I was mid-move (making two-hours-each-way trips back and forth to the area) and my car's steering was malfunctioning. Not only did Miguel and his team squeeze me in to take a look, but I was called shortly afterward with what they suspected was the issue, given a price (which already included labor, much to my relief!), and told it would be ready by 4. I was called at 4 p.m. sharp; it was fixed; and the price was exactly what I'd been quoted. Not only that, but when I came to pick it up, they showed me the faulty bound-up steering shaft they'd replaced and explained the situation in a way I could understand. The visual aid was super helpful. I will be returning to W.A.R. for any auto issues going forward. Thank you, again(!), for coming to my rescue!
