        My mom just started receiving services from Touched by an Angel a couple months ago and we are so pleased with this company. We absolutely love our aide and the office staff is always very pleasant and responsive.

        Needs a more diverse and culture competent staff. The young lady who assisted my grandmother was cold and standoffish. Not the kind of 'care' I think anyone would want for an aging family member. Maybe more in depth training on empathy towards the elderly would help, going forward
