This was my first visit and I was very impressed. Andrew, my hygienist, was amazing! He was gentle, thorough and explained everything he was doing. The doctor I saw at the end (forget her name, I'm sorry), was just as wonderful and extremely thorough! The front desk women are so friendly and explained all charges before agreeing to any further appts. Highly recommend this office!

I had a recent appointment at Baystate dental of Ludlow, and I would like this review to go specifically for Mikayla, the incredible young lady whom I met during this visit. Not only was she impressively professional and knowledgeable regarding her position but its what she does to put the patient at ease, knowing that dentist visits can be rather stressful, that really hit home with me. The lightness she brought to that room made it seem less like I was sitting in a dentist chair and more like I was sitting on a deck chair at home, relaxing in the sun.
