Trolley Pizza

Quite possibly the worst service I’ve ever dealt with. It is within a mile of my house so I’ve been there several times and there is always issues. I will not longer waste my time. If you order online or call in, don’t expect anything to be right. Twice when I called in, the person answering the phone didn’t put my orders in and they weren’t made. When ordering online, I got the confirmation email and they said they don’t use that service when I arrived at the scheduled time for pickup… so why is your restaurant listed on it? Getting my money back was not easy. Stay away, Lowell has many quality pizza places that run their business properly with much better quality food.

Horrible service. Horrible management. They gave us the wrong order and refused to replace it or give us a full refund. The owner’s daughter is unprofessional and should not be handling customers. Please avoid this place! They called the cops over pizza. Very uncalled for!! Even the cops said it was a dumb policy and to never used these people again. How can they take food back and provide it to the homeless???? There is a lot going around with covid in peoples homes. This cant be legal. It shouldn't be allowed. The Buffalo chicken was also incorrect. It took them 2 hours and our order was never fixed. I will never recommend this place or used them again.
