Beijing Chinese Restaurant

A really lovely place with decently affordable lunch specials. Fast and excellent service. Lunch special came with choice of crab rangoons or spring rolls as well as fried or steamed rice and hot and sour soup. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is up a set of stairs and I didn't see an elevator.

The building is beautiful, very fast service. The food is pretty good but a little too much oil.

If there were half stars, Id probably give a 3.5, but Im rounding up to 4 because I would go back for sure. I started with a mai tai which was just ok. They dont have a lot of tiki cocktails on the menu but maybe they can make the basics. Ill try something else next time. For an appetizer we got crab Rangoon. It was minimally stuffed and not very good. It should be avoided. Dinner was much better. The half peking duck was good. The meat was excellent and the veggies were fresh, though the pancakes were more like a tortilla than a traditional peking pancake. The spicy sauted cabbage was amazing. I highly recommend the cabbage, particularly with the duck. The service was efficient even though the dining room was pretty crowded. The atmosphere is nice, above average for a traditional Chinese restaurant. Bottom line: Im looking for a Chinese restaurant near by to be my go to. Im not sure this is it, but I would go back again.

Order food online but not available 2 hours later. The front desk lady had a stone face and try to up-sell stuff just like other reviewer said. Used to be better than now. I will NEVER come back.
