        Unfortunately our family's experience with Medical Resources Home Health Care was poor at best. We tried to work with multiple aides and found that the individuals that came into our home were ill prepared to care for our elderly family members. Additionally, when a complaint was brought to the attention of the management the situations did not improve. We realize that this is a difficult job and that the compensation to employees isn't what it should be. Nevertheless, when an agency sends a caregiver into your home that in our case were substandard care givers we can not recommend Medical Resources Home Health as a reliable service.
