The only way to describe Sandy is AWESOME! I have never met anyone so smart and on top of things like she is. She managed my single home rental property for several years, always getting me the best tenants. She was always making sure everything was done perfectly from screening them to making sure rent was paid to taking care of everything to do with the house. And I mean everything! Any problems at the house...plumbing, carpentry, exterminator, painting, trash, landscaping, you name it, she had a person ready to take care of it immediately. I never spoke with my tenants, she took care of all of the communication which was so great. And speaking of communication she really shines! She would let me know immediately if something was wrong and was always on top of sending updates and answering my emails right away. When I decided to finally sell my home of course I had her be my realator because she is the BEST. She literally sold my house for full asking price before it ever went on the market!! Just unbelievable how talented and great at her job she is! If you are thinking about renting out a place trust me you do not want to manage the property yourself it is a constant stress. Hire Sandy to manage your property and be worry free! And if you are looking to buy or sell a home look no further. I promise you there is not a better realator in the world than Sandy! She has made my life so easy and I can't rave about her enough!!

My fiance and I recently sold our first home and purchased our dream home with Sandy. From the very first meeting we knew she was the right person for us. She is knowledgeable about the current market and gave us great advice. Sandy was on top of every detail of both our sale and purchase. I highly recommend S & R Properties. Our situation was complicated as we were moving to Worcester from out of state and their team kept us informed and worked above and beyond to get us into a home we would love. We truly are so grateful for everything they did for us. We had a few issues with the closing but they were quickly fixed and we were able to move in on time.
