John and Doreen are super responsive to any questions or issues that I have had. I was selling my house and needed a couple of things taken care of with the well and septic and they were both so friendly and so helpful. John and crew were quick to come to the house and fix the problems. I will definitely use this company for any future plumbing/septic needs!

I cannot put into words my appreciation and awe of John VanZandts and his entire team. We had a very complicated plumbing emergency at night and he immediately returned my call. The entire team was prompt, efficient, through, calm, competent and kind. Our problem involved coordinating action with the town of Lee sewer, fixing broken pipes, breaking through concrete flooring, and reinstalling the concrete. It involved digging out part of our foundation, sealing pipes and filling an old unknown septic tank that had filled with ground water and was seeping into the basement. They had the skills and equipment to put in a new walkway over the old septic hole. There was not one aspect of this complicated convoluted three day job that they could not do!! Amazing! It was so wonderful that we did not need to sub-contract other people for the any sub-tasks of this project. That would have taken weeks vs. 3 days! Their coordinated team handled everything from plumbing, concrete work, asphalt of the walk way, top soil of the foundation and even grass seed! This company is the icon of customer service.
