I had Kelvin Vazquez as my guy who came out to pump my septic system. Very professional guy an a great attitude he asked when was the last time I had my septic pumped. I then told him three months ago an he gave me a look like I was crazy then said I think you may have a problem with your system. I told him I knew nothing about septic systems just knew it was full an needed it pumped out. Out of 11 years of living in this house nobody that ever came out multiple companys including his company twice ever knew that this system had a filter. He pumped the first hole an asked politely if I minded if he dug up the second hole. I said no problem do what you have to and man am I glad he did cause like I said nobody in 11 years ever did. He dug it out an said look this is your problem you have a filter an man that filter was so blocked with stuff 11 years worth of stuff. So I would highly recommend Kelvin as my guy I want back at my house again the next time I need him an hopefully because his initiative and great work ethic with my system it will last more than three months. So 5 stars to Kelvin Vazquez bay state you have a valuable technician

My septic system needed immediate servicing at the same time I found out the company I've had for over 25 years, was no longer licensed for my town. In somewhat of a panic I called Bay State and spoke with Aimee. She was so pleasant and helpful that my anxiety quickly disappeared. She promised a service man would come by that same day and he arrived in less than an hour. Eric was also very professional and a pleasure to work with. I could not be more pleased with the overall service Eric provided. I highly recommend considering Bay State Sewage Disposal for any of your septic system needs. Great service and reasonably priced. You won't be disappointed.

They made the whole process easy from scheduling an emergency appointment to having the issue resolved! I called around 4pm last night with water backing up in my basement and they had it fixed by 11am this morning. I spoke with Michelle, Eric and Quintino and they were all very pleasant and professional to work with! I highly recommend! Service: Drain cleaning
