Certain Magistrates have preferences to contractors. If you are a contractor and a property owner is suing you because you scammed them, did their work piece meal etc. then you definitely want De Luca as your magistrate. You can even admit you didn't do a portion of the work in the court and still get awarded everything.

Worst Court house, I have Never been arrested in 30 Years, Until I moved to Roxbury from the Suburbs. Judge Coffey messed Up my Life by passing Restraining Orders against me and my Neighbor.. My Neighbor Family works in that same Court House come to find out, Coincidence? Favors & Hookups..... Judge Kathleen Coffey is Incompetent and should have never been sitting on a Bench, I wonder how many innocent people are sitting in Jail because of her... This Court House took my Innocence and left me with a Record... Attorney General should Investigate what really is going on in there... Or CJC should Fire Her... Don't Let Evil People Leave a Legacy....
