I used M. Foley for HVAC and electrical and they were FABULOUS- not because they fixed all our issues and problems but because they were trustworthy, upfront, and professional. Did not try to get me to spend any unnecessary money - tried to help me save where we could. Matt educated me on my systems and what we would need to or not need to do and came up with solutions that worked best! Would highly recommend!! Service: General repairs

Ive used M Foley Electric for many years now, they are responsive and simply get the job done. Follow up is superb and usually never any issues. If an issue arises they are professional and will do whatever is needed to resolve. Id refer them to friends and family whenever needed. Pricing is fair and they respond whenever I need them.

I never write reviews online, but felt that it was necessary in this case. I sought services to have an HVAC leak fixed and fix the drywall. Despite fixing the problem on Day 1, a leak recurred and they had to return multiple times to complete the initial job. I was charged for each visit despite the problem not being fixed the first time. Additionally, they made a hole in the ceiling in a separate are of the house without my permission that I was also charged for repair. Some of the bills were sent to me and the rest were sent to the HOA and never relayed to me in a timely matter. When I made my initial payment of about 3000$, I thought that was the cost of the work. Months later, I find out they are charging me an additional 3000$.
Additionally, they inaccurately represented the work they were doing in the home and despite supposedly doing general maintenance for an HVAC in August 2021, they managed to charge me 700$ for the same service less than 6 months later.
They are not responsive, do not take care of things in a timely manner and do not answer phone calls. I would strongly urge you all to look elsewhere. Service: Drywall repair
