I got my son's christening cake from here. It was suppose to be done at 4 and I got there I had to wait a hour because it wasn't done and they made a mistake by making the cake pink and adding a bow. But the cake did taste good.

Did not like the customer service, I received over the phone. It made me not even want to come in person. Spoke to me horribly, and not worth my time. Very disappointed, because my people from quisqueya aren't like that. Very sad to be treated like that from people claiming to be Dominican.

The WORST bakery in town-they have no customer service experience. I ordered a chocolate cake and received a Gold Cake and I was told to pick up the cake at 5:30 and I came at 6 and it was not even in the oven yet-I waited 30mins to be told to wait 10 more mins while they were being rude. If anyone knows how crazy it is to plan a party you could imagine what a setback this was for my event.
