We had an emergency with our septic system today. We called JMB septic and within hours they came and did a super job alleviating our worst fears. They did a super wonderful job and we highly recommend this company. We give it 5 stars! Call this company to pump out your system.

If I could give a 10 plus I would for Josh and his team at JMB Septic. I had an emergency septic issue on Easter Sunday from the first call on Easter Sunday Josh has been amazing, responsive with outstanding customer care. His crew equally reflective of Josh's professionalism and willingness to take care of the most challenging of situations. I highly recomend JMB Septic they know what it takes to get the job done and the customer care as I said to Josh he could write a book on customer care they set the bar high. Thank you Josh and your entire amazing team of professionals.

Our septic backed up on Saturday afternoon (of course it was a weekend day) and EJ and I were desperately calling around for help - everyone was booked up with no trucks available. Then Google led me here to JMB Septic Service - I called and Josh picked up the phone. Not an answering center - Josh picked up the phone. I just about started crying when he said he could send someone down with a truck. If you have never had the experience of having septic water wash into your basement - count yourself as blessed - if you have, you know the sheer panic that washes (no pun intended) over you. It was rainy and windy and awful out, and Stephen arrived. He was/is so friendly and knowledgeable and polite and just awesome - he explained what he was doing every step of the way and we were out there until about about midnight. I want to cry just typing this out. Kindness - it is so appreciated and I am so grateful. We have a bit more to do with the septic to see the whys and the whats - and Josh was quick to recommend another colleague to help us moving forward and again - I am so grateful Google led me to you. Thank you Josh! Thank you Stephen. Your help is/was so appreciated.

10+++ is what I would give JMB Septic! I called them for routine service but told Josh I was not sure where the septic cover was because we had a new deck and porch built a few years ago. Within a week of my call, he sent Jared, one of his team members out to locate the cover and Jared painstakingly attempted to find the cover based on where I told him I thought it was. He even went to the trouble of carefully removing a deck board to look for it. In the meantime, Josh got the actual plans from the town and Jared was then able to locate the cover based on that information. A short time later, Joshs team was out to pump my septic. The whole team was beyond great! Everyone was very nice, very helpful and very informative (Fleischmans yeast-flush down each toilet once a month and no grease or wipes in your drains or toilets!). The pricing was also reasonable. I cant say enough wonderful things about JMB Septic and highly recommend them without reservation! Many thanks to Josh and his entire team!
