If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is very unprofessional and rude with customer service. I would never recommend their repair shop to anyone ! Please do NOT go here ! It should be shut down

I've never dealt with a more crooked fraudulent shop in my lifetime, went there for Warrenty work after ten weeks and nothing transpired, had to tow to dealership to resolve, excuse after excuse, had a third party inspector who recommended moving truck to a dealership the only other time he had been on Thornton drive was to go to Claudio's for a fraudulent claim by them do not use this shop you have been warned, also stay away from cape cod car and truck another shady dealer who sends you to Claudio for Warrenty because he helps Claudio put in fraudulent claims after he sells you a lemon again you have been warned stay away please
