1st car was too big,, my wife is small, after 2 days with a new car would not start, battery dead, went to exchange, had no cars that were small...never use them again...we deliver never happened

Go elsewhere Horrible. Called the night before to confirm they had my vehicle. Told me they located one but would need to go get it because it was an hour away. We confirmed that if there were any problems they would call me back that night. Next morning I show up and there are no cars in the lot. When I gave the sales rep my name and reservation information he informs me I will need to drive 30 mins to Franklin to get it. They only staff the office with one person so they can never leave and get vehicles from other offices. They only have what is rented and returned there—which is next to nothing. So I had to drive to go get my vehicle, which set me back a full hour. What’s worse, the young salesman was clueless and seemed completely overwhelmed. I was the only one in the empty office and lot, yet it seemed as if it was his first day on the job. Never again! This branch should be closed down of they are just going to make you drive to another dealer anyway.
