This builder of Lake Point Village in Lakeville failed to deliver promised soundproofing. Floors in the gym and community room buckle as you walk across them. Electrical systems needed to be reworked. Windows needed to be refitted from the outside, a major hassle. Water system in basement flooded repeatedly. They simply aren't very good at this.

this builder put in an ADA shower but installed the door and grab bars incorrectly. admitting their mistake but stating they will not fix it. They are threatening a senior disabled woman with eviction if I don't pay for the unsafe shower.
