Extremely unprofessional with her patients. Has an attitude, doesnt listen to your concerns at all. She will argue back with you. She has no empathy for her patients theyre just a $$ for her. She neglects to give the proper care as well. Im not sure how she continues to have a practice when shes very neglectful. I thought Holyoke hospital would associate themselves with better doctors that truly do their job and care about their patients. They need to look into her.

Doesn't care about the patients needs patients call in for medications that they need to help me breathe and they make me wait knowing I have no inhalers to use knowing I have severe asthma she is the worst doctor in holyoke Massachusetts DO NOT CHOOSE HER AS UR DOCTOR

If you are looking for a warm fuzzy hand holder, this isn't the dr. for you, but I came to see her for chronic joint pain, and she prescribed a medication i'd never heard of, and it has made a massive difference. Haven't felt so right since 2015.

Very unhappy with this doctor. Very brief, short tempered with her staff in front of me. She wanted to put me on BP med based on the first visit reading and wouldn't believe me that it's never high. Then she starts me on other meds but I can't get a refill bc they just don't respond to the requests! So now I'm OFF this important med. Showed up for a visit today and was turned away bc I couldn't pay the amount due left from insurance. So I walked home in the rain, no refills, short of breath due to ongoing bronchitis. Now what? Also, the office exam rooms are dirty.

I only made an appointment with her because she was the only doctor in the area who was accepting any and all new patients, and now I see why! They must all end up like me, going once and then never ever going back. Very mean and does not know how to talk to people. Did not listen to my concerns. Argued with me about my own family medical history (she has never seen my family members as patients). She's also extremely bigoted towards addicts, the mentally ill, and fat people. Not at all familiar with how to treat queer patients. She practically scolded me when I told her yes I'm overweight but I don't have diabetes, like she couldn't believe I didn't have it. She also scolded me for not having a period (I have pcos) as if that's something even remotely in my power to control. Literally treated me like a naughty dog who was too stupid to take care of itself. Completely dehumanizing. Front desk staff will never answer your questions, and will blatantly ignore you when you're in the office. Not even the worst doctor I've ever been to, but ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!!
