My husband always gets the best treatment here. Smiles and handshakes. He has never had one bad experience. If anything, they help him with every little issue and try to guide him in a great financial direction. For that I will at leased give a two star. I have had Key Bank for the last Five years. I was going to switch over to Peoples because of how highly my husband recommends them. When I went in to talk to someone. She treated me like I was wasting her time. It came up in the banks system that I owed another bank. (A bank that I never heard of) She handed me a paper and than, that was it. No more information was given. When I tried to ask questions. The woman "calmly" said, "This is you right?" She held her professional composure through the whole ten minutes. It was just cold. I called the other bank to find out why I owed them money. The issue just so happen to be from years ago when I had an identity theft problem, at the time I was serving in Iraq and I could easily prove it wasn't me with my DD Form 214. Side note: When I walk by the window in front of the bank, to go to the store or if I go in with him. I get side looks from the woman at the two desks. Not the tellers but the actually administration. I have no idea what I ever did. Maybe because I had blue hair when I first moved in the neighborhood. HAHA... After serving 8 years with strict rules, I tried to be fun. I was never rude to them. But it's so uncomfortable after two years living in this area. I just drive to the store now and if my husband has to go in. I wait in the car. I would rather do that than have to watch them stare at me with their frowns of hate or judgment from the front window. I have no idea what's going on here. Petty female BS I guess. Who knows, maybe I wore the wrong color shoes on the wrong day and the fashion police noticed. I really don't know.

I had been misinformed and was told I couldn't open an account (that was at the Northampton St location) the next day I tried again but instead went to the one on South St. Went in with no hope, but God is too good, he put a very nice and helpful person to help me and she assured me that I qualified to open an account with them, directed me to a banking specialist named Khrystal Griffin and she's an awesome person, everything went very good, and ever since then till now they have treated me so nice. Everyone that comes in they welcome them in a very friendly way.. it's a great place! Definitely recommend!
