I hired Terry 20 years ago to stake out my lot. He did a good job back then. I asked him to come back to do a lot plan for some additional land I acquired. He came out, did some surveying and disappeared. Would not answer texts, emails, or voice mails. I fired him via text message after a year of trying to communicate.... never heard anything. Perhaps he died of Covid... I searched for an obituary but did not find one. He is now dead to me. I asked a surveyor marking a neighbor's lot, and my job got done with no muss and no fuss. I can not recommend Terry, and this might be the first poor review I've ever written.

Not very professional. I live in a new development neighborhood and needed a land survey done. it was very tough communicating with them. I would recommend going with someone else

Terry is a true professional, we were glad that we found him. He helped us from the very beginning to the end, fixed our headache, it was a such pleasure to with him. And his rate is very reasonable. I strongly recommended Terry to anyone who needs survey help.

We heard about Terry through a mutual friend. We hired him because of confusing property lines in our neighborhood in Rockport MA. All of the previous site plans were unclear. Terry was diligent and thorough, finding that our property extended farther then we had expected. Our next door neighbors meet Terry and saw his professionalism and hired him for their survey as well. Thanks Terry, we appreciate your effort and it was a pleasure working with you.
