Loved the ambience, and loved the Red Velvet crepe. The service was friendly, and they brought the crepe over to my table. The place felt relaxed, and I loved it there. Definitely will be back.

Just hosted a bridal shower for my daughter. I was there with my daughter in February after we saw and read about this place online. We were impressed with the sandwiches we had the day we checked out the place, so we sat with John Tracy, the store manager and began to discuss plans for her shower which was just today. We got there before our guests and it was very warm inside. We were worried what the temperature was going to be like once our full party was to arrive being 48 people total. We spoke to John about the temperature and he said he'd take care of it. It seemed to get cooler for the next twenty minutes but then it got very warm and that was before people began filling in. Needless to say our guests were complaining about the very uncomfortable air. What I really want you all to kinow is when we sat down to discuss prices, I was shocked to hear that each guest would only be 11.00. That would include salad, paninis fresh fruit and desert crepes. The price sounded too good to be true. I questioned it again, and John said that was the price. When I booked it, I asked him what kind of deposit he wanted, and he said we'ed handle it all at the event. Amazing. Today, he charged us 15.00 pp and the event came to 1,000.00. They even tagged on 135.00 for wait staff when it was just a buffet. When I questioned the price, he took out the new price list, instead of the folder where he took our order with the original prices. The food was good especially the salad and fresh fruit, however the sandwiches weren't full and the desert crepes were dry. I'm very disappointed and I feel cheated, and we won't be returning.

It's like a crepe centric Panera Bread. Go there with a plan to hang out & the distracted European service isn't a problem . Don't expect anyone to stop what they're doing just so you can get your coffee & go. Price seems about right for the quality & uniqueness of the products offered. It is a different sort of place. We're lucky to have it. Unlike pancakes there just isn't much mass to a crepe. They're folded warm & room temp by the time you take your first bite. Cold doesn't mean old.
