I had another appliance company last week. The oven wouldn't heat Told me I need a new computer board. Cant get the part.. Charged for service call $110.00 I call for 2nd opinion today Appliance doctor 8am.. Came at 12 45pm Replaced a relay switch. No service charge. Just $100 repair labor I don't need new stove. Great..service. Service: Repair cooker / hob / oven

Better part of a month trying to get my dryer fixed... Still not fixed, they said it was prob a fuse, so go down stairs pull out the dryer unscrew the back take it off vaccum it, find fuse...I guess go buy the fuse and replace. Put it all back together and we should be good. Sooooo after 3 visits and two hundred and some odd dollars I'm supposed to do that WHY?

I had a dishwasher installed. The installer said he could not complete the install because it was missing a power cord. That he would come back when I got one. He also said that I would be charged a $50 fee for them to come back the 2nd time since it was not their fault. I got the power cord and they came back and completed the install. When I went to throw away the box the new dishwasher came in, the power cord was right inside. I called Appliance Doctor asking them to refund the $50 fee since it really was their fault they had to come back. The incompetence of the installer. The office manager agreed to send me a check for the $50. I did not receive the refund, and when I try to call and say my name, I get disconnected. It also seems the do not care about any of the bad reviews they get. I do not recommend Appliance Doctor. Stay away...
