Budget Blinds has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Cathy and her staff are always professional, listen to what you want/need and are always there if there is a problem. We bought a skylight shade that has had a couple of issues and they stand behind their products. Even 2-3 years later they are available to come out and check out any problems at no cost to me. I will certainly use this company again when I am replacing the rest of my shades. Their customer service is second to none.

The employees at Budget Blinds were extremely kind and did an excellent job in assisting me to find the best product. I highly recommend this company and it’s services as they worked very hard to satisfy customer needs.

We have worked with this company for 2 years and they are fantastic. Cathy and staff, answer emails very promptly and are always friendly and accommodating. We have put in custom shutters and also faux wooden blinds (which look real), and they look like they were built with the house. They accommodate to your schedule, and I've had several consultations in which both staff members were courteous and professional in my home. Don't let the name "Budget" sway you into thinking the product is not top notch, that couldn't be further from the truth. It can be expensive to do your entire home with window treatments, and we have done ours in stages, the staff doesn't seem to mind at all. Highly recommend!!!!
