I have been a patient at Pleasant Lake Medical for over 30 years. During that time, the family physicians, medical support team and friendly, courteous office staff have consistently provided a level of excellence in comprehensive medical care rarely found on Cape Cod. From regular Medicare wellness visits, minor illnesses and major operations to referrals for specialists and management of my prescriptions, I have come to rely on my family physician at Pleasant Lake as a partner in maintaining my health and wellbeing. Patients of Pleasant Lake Medical can expect to have appointments scheduled without delay and to have ready access to their Patient Portal for questions and concerns that do not require immediate action. I am very pleased with Dr Shepherd and the Pleasant Lake Medical staff. I get personal care, they never rush me, and I feel Im in good hands. There is stability and experience in the staff, unlike other medical centers Ive been going to, where the doctors change every 3-5 years, and the office staff are inexperienced. I am so glad I found them when I moved to the Cape!

I've been a patient of Pleasant Lake Medical and specifically of Dr. Carol Topolewsky for 35 years and have the highest regard for her knowledge as a physician and her overall doctoring skills. In other words she's the very best and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
