        Atrius Concord has always had a very responsive and friendly staff. I feel like they treat you with concern, respect, and urgency. Some doctors are better than others. The Nurse Practitioners have all been very good to excellent. The Pharmacy fills prescriptions quickly and accurately. The lab folks have been very good also with typically short wait times.

        The pharmacy is GOD AWFUL! I love my child's doctor but the pharmacy is terrible! I avoid using it at all costs. I called in one of his refills and went to pick it up 3 hours later and it STILL wasn't ready. No matter what you wait at least 20 minutes to pick up a prescription.

        In 7.5 years, I have had 4 primary care doctors here! Two were awful and only one good one. One I fired after one visit when she mistakenly told me I had had a heart attack, when in fact, I had not, which I knew. She didnt even apologize for her outrageous mistake. The doctors come and go since Atrius took over. Unless you want a new primary care doctor very 1.5 years, do Not go here.
