        Have had a checking account with them for almost 3 years and have never had a problem. Everyone is nice and eager to help in any way that they can. A couple of months ago my card had gotten hacked, I called them and they immediately froze the card and got me a new one that evening. The next day my money was refunded that was lost. What would have been a dreadful time turned into a positive experience. I look forward to the time I go to the drive up window. They are always patient and kind. They even make sure to wave hello to my little one and discreetly ask if he may have a lollipop. They truly are a bank with only their customers priority and happiness in mind.
