        Wish I had social media so I could express to everyone how easy Jim was to work with, but i don't, so this is my outlet.. I interrupted this man named Jim in a Greco-graphics wrapped truck in a parking lot while he was trying to grab lunch. I made a request and he immediately set down his sandwich, drove to his shop and with the kindest of demeanor proceeded to impress me with his customer service. Thanks Jim!! Also, he jumped right into the project i requested and in an unexpected extremely speedy turn around time, provided me with some exceptional graphic work!!

        You would think if they take an embroidery job they would know how to do embroidery. After they embroidered two pillows with the name upside down, they said, no problem, we can pick it out and embroider them again. Never mentioning that the material would potentially be ruined. They embroidered again, the first one they completely ruined the material. The second one, the material is fine, but the embroidered name is not in a straight line, who would have thought I would need to specify the name should have been in a straight line. The response from the employee, oops, I guess it shifted in the machine. Unprofessional, unapologetic, Stay Away from this business unless you don't care about quality and craftmanship.         Awesome experience with Greco Graphics. Purchase and embroidered more than 100 pieces for us including hats, jackets and shirts. Communication was great.

        This is a fantastic clothing and apparel shop that does Screen Printing and embroidery. I give them my highest recommendation. The work is flawless. Prices are fantastic and the turnaround time is very fast. I recommend against using any of those fancy online places that tell you to upload your logo and they will send your printed or embroidered shirts. I have seen it and the quality has been extraordinarily subpar. Greco Graphics is a fantastic outfit. Let them embroider or screen print your precious logos! I use them once years ago and I have given them all of my business ever since.

        STOP! LOOK NO FURTHER. THE most competent, polite, quick turn, price competitive embroidery shop within 100 miles. I know first hand from trying for MONTHS to find a shop I could rely on. THIS IS IT !
