Window broke 2 and a half years after the instalation. The warranty for the window is lifetime, however the catch is in the labor. If something brakes you are looking at $190.00 in hour. If someone needs a few hours of work then is it really worth to pay soo much money for the window? And if the window brakes that soon after the installation. In addition READ every single line before signing the papers, the sales people will try to hide from you that you pay for labor every time you call them. Wish I didn't trust them but checked everything. Lesson learned, at least for me, NO more Pella for me.

This company should be used as a reference for how to do Business.. the products and customer service are bar none the best. I will continue to use Pella for all my needs as they seriously stand behind their products.. thank you to the people who actually help customers in the rare event that a problem arises. Thank you.

Overall we are very happy with Pella. They just finished a couple of post-install repairs / fixes this morning (15-AUG-22). Sales rep was the best we encountered. We got quotes from 4 competitors, all of whom knew less about their products, cared less about meeting our needs or expectations and rep'd inferior products, imo. The installer (Vladimir) was absolutely fantastic! Very professional & respectful, always on time, courteous and above all highly competent. All contact with the company was professional with very quick response times and decisions from - thankfully - empowered employees.
