I gave them my tax information back in April. They said I was missing information and I had to fax over some papers, they gave me a fax # to send to. Fast forward to June, they lost my file, never submitted my taxes, come to find out that they in fact never had a fax machine and my taxes never got done. I rarely ever could get ahold of anyone and nobody would return my calls I even left voicemails. Very unprofessional I do not suggest going here

I like Ken very much. I have been doing tax him him for many years. Such a pleasant guy.
This afternoon I went to drop my tax papers as usual, but the lady at the counter was very rude. She asked if I had an appointment. I said no and explained to her that I always drop my paper and never needed any appointments, then asked for an appointment, she said no more appointments, but added she could refer some other places. Very unprofessional!

Rude ,rude person ! Watched him berate delivery driver. Would never do business there.
