        It has one of my favorite grave markers, I used to walk it a lot as a child and it brings back some great memories when I walk it. Its also maintained very well.

        MassiveandvastOak Grove is a sprawling 15 acre cemetery that was founded in 1854.  Certainly not an ancient graveyard by New England standards but it is unique in the many massive and huge memorials.The cemetery is a lovely place with many old trees and huge boulders scattered around.  Some of the graves are simple and plain but others are just incredibly huge.  Including some of the largest ones I have ever seen in any cemetery.Not only massive memorials but many odd shapes and strange forms.  An amazing assortment of different gravestones and ways to remember the departed.It is large but there are much larger cemeteries.  It is old but definitely nowhere near the oldest.  But Oak Grove is one of the most interesting graveyards I have ever been in.
