My wife and I wanted our daughter to learn to drive safely and Triad Driving Academy was highly recommended.  The first thing I liked was that the owner, Ross Panacopulos, is a retired Massachusetts State Trooper as are some of the instructors. These are the right people to teach safe driving.     Despite the fact that she is over 21 our daughter followed the proscribed Mass. Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) safe driver course because she will get a discount on her insurance as a benefit.  This consisted of twelve hours road instruction,  thirty hours of online classroom training and twelve hours of observation.     Carmine was her instructor and he taught her well.  She passed the RMV road test on the first attempt.   She found the observation "tedious" but that is in no way a fault of the school;  they must scrupulously follow the RMV syllabus of study.     We have no criticisms of the school.  Laurie, Melissa and the staff were very helpful.  The only thing I would like to see is that the students successfully completing the course should receive a certificate or other documentation of their achievement.  The RMV really should do this.     Maybe if I ask nicely the ladies at Triad Academy will send her a letter.

Absolutely horrible experience with this school. Impossible yo communicate or book behind the wheel classes ..actually have to show up there this morning. I will be back on here with a update as to if any positive results were made. As of now i can say if your considering this school for your kids CHOOSE a different one!!!

Today, after all the pain and patience we have had with this pandemic I tried to book online behind the wheels classes for my daughter . My husband lost his temper and hung up once on the person I believe is the owner. After that I tried to book or talk to her and she yelled at me and had me know that she will do it everything in her power to make it more difficult for my daughter to get her license ... my husband wasnt right to hang up on her but I expect a little more professionalism from them than this. Today response on the owner response08/19/22 Maybe you right and I didnt speak with the owner at the time because the person Ive tried to talk didnt give me a chance to ask her name, but someone with a rude attitude did that for sure. I will be glad to talk to you and clarifying that situation if you want to.

I registered my daughter for drivers Ed here and was really pleased with the overall experience. Everything was well organized, lots of useful information was provided in a timely manner, scheduling of classes and appts was easy to do online (some issues at height of pandemic which I think should be expected given the restrictions), and the staff was always very responsive to questions, schedule changes, and requests. My oldest daughter took drivers Ed somewhere else and everything was difficult there. I looked at a lot of reviews of the alternatives and heard feedback from other parents and kids only to find there are a lot of shady drivers Ed companies out there. Triad stood out as a quality outfit and they provided a substantially better experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable driving school. Thank you Triad Team!
