Mozard has been coming to my house regularly each year for a checkup. He is polite, courteous and knowledgeable about his job. Today he was here for about 40 minutes, completing the diagnostics and changing the battery. It gives you peace of mind that things will be good for another year.

Hired this company to waterproof my basement.. during their work they mixed concrete in my driveway and they splattered wet concrete all over the side of my newly painted house when mixing it. Left it that way and took off... after my complaint, they came back to "fix" it by rubbing the paint off the house. I had to pay the painting company a few thousand to come repair the damage, and then spent over a year fighting Busy Dogs aka Basement Technologies to have the money reimbursed for their shoddy work. It required me calling and complaining nearly every day for months, and even though I finally got a written agreement that they would pay the amount of damage their negligence caused, they still had the nerve to ask me if I would split the costs with them, and then delayed on sending the payment again. Only through constant harassment and threat of litigation was I able to get the money back, and it was grudgingly given. In addition, a member of Busy Dogs threatened the painting company I used that if they didnt drop the charge of repairing their damage, they would use their "vast influence and contacts" to destroy their reputation. At this point, the painting company stopped speaking to them and directed all further inquiries to their attorneys. I have the emails. It really happened. In my incredulity of this companies behavior and lack of ethics, I even called the owner himself, James Pratt to complain multiple times and got no response. Ever. I wouldn't recommend working with this company under any circumstances. They are literally the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to be involved with and don't have a single ounce of professionalism. Service: Waterproofing
