I have a bad review for this Very disgusting company. Do not order products or work for this company. The people that work here are very disrespectful and they do not care about their employees. They should be very Ashamed of how they conduct business. The way the talk to their employees is disgraceful and sad. They have two pregnant employees walking around (picking orders) and lifting heavy items knowing that they are pregnant. They also have one pregnant woman driving machines in the warehouse very unprofessional company. They give no raises to the people who been working with them for 7+ years.

This distributor used to be the one to go to for all your power equipment needs. However, in the past 4 years, customer service has fallen apart. In addition, they upgraded their computer software and it has been extremely problematic when it comes to placing an order, part inventory, and even trying to get thru to pay your bill. Orders get lost, partial orders get shipped when they have the inventory in hand, and we get charged even though its supposed to be free freight on qualifying orders. Parts are incorrectly barcoded by staff causing unacceptable delays in receiving our orders; already unacceptable delays in receiving correct orders. Although there are a few senior people left who care about the repair shop's needs, overall the management and staff need to make many necessary changes regarding their customer service. Without us, the repair shops, there would not be you to sell to. Get your act together and straighten yourselves out so that we can do our jobs.
