Chuck at Renewal Surfaces was great to work with, his pricing was competitive, and we are very pleased with the outcome of the work done. Our 40 year old fiberglass tub/shower was unusuable with a cracked soft bottom. After some research, we decided to have Renewal Surfaces fix and resurface it instead of going through a messy and lengthy renovation, or covering it up with some other system, which would leave the underlying issue of lack of under-tub support unaddressed. Chuck responded quickly to my email and phone inquiries, with a reasonable quote and thorough explanation of the process he would follow to fix our tub to give it new life. It took some planning to accommodate both our schedules to initiate work, but every step of the way Chuck was responsive to my texts and calls, and followed through with the work as agreed upon. I would definitely use Renewal Surfaces again and have recommended them to others.
