Just had a great experience with Doug at Imperial Cleaning Services! Immediate response and turnaround. Only 3 days from the initial phone call to having my kitchen & bath tile look like it did when I moved in! Will definitely call Doug again when the need arises.

Imperial Cleaning came on time, provided me with a great quote for each room with no hitch that we were obligated for him to clean every room. He treated specific spots and did a fabulous job! Doug is a very friendly and personable person. He gave me the confidence and trust that he would do the job well and I felt comfortable having him in my home. I highly recommend him and will use his services again.

My wife and I were thrilled with the conscientious and detailed cleaning job by Doug of the carpets in our house. Doug did an amazing job cleaning our carpets -- they look like brand new! He was able to get out numerous stains from spilled coffee, blueberry dip, and two pets (along with removing much of the wear and tear in the rugs). Doug was so informative as he walked me through the various steps in the process. We are so pleased with the final result. I would highly recommend Imperial Cleaning to anyone in the market for making their carpets look just like new again. We will absolutely use Doug and Imperial Cleaning again in the future!

I contacted Doug to clean a large area of carpet, plus stair runners, area rug and a couch after seeing good reviews here. I’m not really sure what he did besides vacuum everything and then give excuses as to why he couldn’t get any of the stains out and that I might find debris left behind afterwards. I did indeed find small pieces of metal and small earrings in the carpet, as well as MANY sticky spots on the carpet in the days and weeks after he finished. I just moved to the area and have never hired a carpet cleaner, so I needed a reputable company to remove the stains and dirt left behind by the previous owners. I still feel like I’m walking on someone else’s filth with the lackluster job he performed. Very disappointed and will seek out a more reputable company next time! Save your money.
