went to the New Castle De store 19720 this morn to get multible 24 " color Architectural drawings 10copies. at 10 in morn. no one there but me a manager called Dana and a black woman cashier. i asked to lady manager to make me the opies she said you have to make them yourself, i said ill pay you extra i dont know how> she said NO. i asked to cashier id pay you to show me how she said u need to get her i cant help you. i have a tax business i use to buy all my supplies and some equipment there . the usual manager was not in he is very helpful im sure he doesn't know this woman's nasty disposition or would not have left her in charge. sorry its 100% amazon from now on.

I used Staples in North Wales Pa . I went to the copy area twice in one week. 2 out of the three were broken. The area was dirty and disorganized It wasnt like this in the past. I use another business now. I think feedback is important for business.

Terrible. I have been a 20 yr + customer yet when I place an order over the phone Staples Credit Card Live Agent System, the system does not except my wells fargo or chase cards. (a new problem of late). I have spent 1.5 hours placing 2 orders over the phone in the last 2 months ($500 in total) yet I keep telling supervisors (3 or 4 of them to date) that they (Staples) have a system credit card problem. NO LUCK snd no Order & No Goods received. I tried today to call HQ in MA, yet you need a to know someone & their 10 digit phone extension #. (so I quickly gave up trying). What is wrong in America today that Corporations seem not to want any phone contact with (any of) their customers? I am trying to help them to help me. I guess I will do what I did what I had do do with my previous order, use OFFICE DEPOT where I can please an order with no card problems!!
