Very cheap quality at a ridiculously high prices. Charges a fee for paying with a credit card. Isnt that illegal in Massachusetts? I will find out for sure by calling the Secretary of State.
We had a 30 day net and the owner shows up to my establishment 10 days after receiving our poor quality order demanding to be paid. Definitely will not be doing business here again. Staples Copy & Print has way better quality printing products at a much more reasonable price and MUCH better customer service.

From a faraway place, I ordered a small book to be printed for a friend to pick up who lives in the neighborhood of the printer. Chan and Shaila were prompt and friendly in responding, and readily adapted a special request that I made for the binding. My friend was pleased by the beautiful job of the product. The price was reasonable, too.
