        Terrible shipping turnaround and communication. I bought shoes for my sons birthday (to be sent to my local store), his birthday came and went and the shoes didnt arrive on time. I emailed customer service to cancel the order. 2 weeks pass by and no word at all from them. Finally reached out again in Live Chat (no number to call) just to be told the shoes barely arrived TODAY (04/12) to the store (keep in mind I ordered them on 03/22!!) Took 3 weeks for them to send a pair of shoes from California to Florida, that is insane! Now theyre telling me they couldnt cancel the order until it arrived to the Florida store and it has to be sent back to California first AND THEN a refund will be processed. I will never order from this company again! Do not purchase from them. There are better companies with far superior customer service.
