This location has had horrible customer service on almost every interaction I've had with them. I purchase a phone case that did not fit my phone properly, it was only 5 days from the date of purchase, unused other then seeing if it fit my phone it was also accompanied by a receipt and original bag, I was blatantly lied to and told that T-mobile locations cannot receive returns of items purchased from a different location which is absolutely false. If I was past the 14day window or didn't have a receipt I could understand but it's new in box with package. Receipt, bag etc.. and was told the only way I could do a return was by returning to the original location I purchased it at. I will also be contacting t-mobile corporate customer care and report this blatant disregard and poor customer service.

Only one worker there is terrible at what he does. My phone came in on the day I had received an email to pick up my phone. When I had came in 12/08/22. Victor (the worker) did not believe me. I have never met Victor before. After he just stood there staring and was not being helpful. On 12/12/22 I decided to call and his manager picked up and told me that my phone has been in the store since I received my email on 12/08/22. I then picked up the phone on 12/15/22, Victor was there again and he again question me about picking up my phone. He still did not believe me. I then showed an email that specifically told to bring in my old device to require my new device. He also did not give me a return label to return my phone therefore I have to go back and deal with Victor again. He is not a manager by the way. He does not belong in Customer Service if he is going put his ego ahead of him and never treats his customers with respect.
