This place is god awful. Management is not onsite and their policy is out of sight, out of mind. They dont care about your mold or your problems with your neighbors. The people above us have too many people living in the apartment and make tons of noise at 6AM. They run and stomp around and DONT let us sleep, management does nothing. They only care about that monthly check. Its a miserable place to live. And they raise the rent every year for no added value to you whatsoever. The pool they advertise has been broken the entire time we have lived here but theyre going to raise the rent? Ok forest ridge. Its not worth it. We are moving out ASAP. Avoid at all costs. The people that do live here are terrible selfish people.

I lived here for three years, without too many issues. However, this past year was the absolute worse experience. In May, I reported a dishwasher leak - I needed to report it three times before getting a response. Their fix did not work, and I needed to always have a towel on the floor when I ran the dishwasher. In September 2021, I reported a leaking ceiling. Took over a week to get a response and repair. Then just a few weeks after the leak was repaired, the ceiling in the bathroom collapsed - right were the previous leak was. I was told that the previous leak and this collapse were unrelated. To their credit, they "repaired" the ceiling. They refused to acknowledge the mold (see pictures) saying it was just mildew and that the bleach would take care of it. They refused to have a mold inspection performed, even after I pointed out other mold/mildew problems no where near the water sources. Fortunately, my lease was ending soon. I was forced to pay through the end of my lease despite the clearly unsafe living conditions. Finally clear of them. However, I would strongly caution against living here. There is a clear mold problem they refuse to address and even mentioned that they have pretty regular ceiling collapses due to leaking pipes. Unsafe for sure and nearly impossible to get anyone to talk to you when you have a problem. Not to mention rent hikes every year even as they take amenities offline.

Don't bother. The Leasing office is in New Hampshire now and any problems are relayed to a third-party and then directed to management. (Usually, sometimes not at all.) If something breaks, there's an emergency, or you have a problem with your neighbors, you can expect to wait an hour until someone shows up, or several days for them to get back to you. The apartments themselves are noisy. Hardwood floors on every floor, so expect to hear every step your neighbors make unless you're on the top. If your neighbors have children or toddlers, it's a nightmare. Again, management won't do anything about that... (They tore up wall to wall carpets to make it cheaper on themselves.) Everything runs on electric (heat, stove, etc) and yet there's no backup generator. So if it's Winter just prepare to freeze until they fix it. They no longer care about this place, it's just a property they can collect on.
