Terrible costumer service! No sympathy or compassion for the disabled who desperately need and depend on medical equipment. They seem to be a company looking to make a quick profit off the disabled community.

Agawam has got to be the slowest in processing wheelchair orders. Nevermind the PT's who need, "weeks" to write the request, but the woman who places the orders at Agawam just slugs along week after week after week. How about being on top of orders for your customers? How about treating your customers with respect on the phone. How about communicating with people in need. Not only are we forced to use this supply company for our parent due to her insurance, but I also  work with a young woman who is wheelchair bound in a motorized unit and agawam took 3 weeks to come out to replace a footplate. This created more issue on her leg and on her spine. The chair they supplied her is in constant repair. SHe is always using old parts to supplement their wait time to. They are simply, slow, slow, slow and slow! If you can go elsewhere, it would be best to do so.

I was in need of a new hose,mouthpiece,connector,top part and bottom parts for my nebulizer. I figured since i got the last parts from them a while ago there would be no problems. Well i was wrong. This lady that answered the phone was rude and said it would cost me about $5 . That didn't bother me. When she said they don't deliver because the order was $5 ,that made me mad . I told her I'm disabled and i need this asap because i can't breathe she didn't care. My aunt has the same insurance as me and she said we don't take that insurance she was full of it. If i can help it i won't call them again they suck.

So very helpful. When you need medical supplies for an injured family member, this is the kind of care & attention you want.
