I have had several very positive experiences with Gadgets. Sarah is very good about returning calls and setting up appointments. The technicians who make house calls are on time and on task while being both pleasant and professional. When there are choices, they are clearly explained and my questions got answers. If the technician did not know the answer they researched and got back to me. Ellen came equipped with the tools and programs to reestablish my severely compromised computer. Some months later, I had an experience with Matt who solved the problem I had contacted Gadgets for help with and he also answered questions about both hardware and software. I highly recommend this business.
