No, we didn't need a quaint inn.
We need a place where new yorkers, in their overly-stuffed SUV monster trucks, can hunker down and annoy the residents by bringing EHHHH NEW YORK to cape cod and show us "how its done".
Located on the bike path in a great area, this was more expensive than a motel 6 so people AB&B'd it to death.
Give it 10 years and the town will be Amazon drones, Starbucks and Walmart.
