Worst service I've had in my life!!! 35 minutes to get drinks, brought hot glass for pitcher of beer! Appetizers took an hour. We ordered a sampler platter...the mozzarella sticks had NO cheese in them, potato skins were ice cold, wings were supposed to be boneless, but were not. When I complained to waitress, she took our food then came back 10 minutes later, saying we could get dessert for free. Ummm, hello...you just took my food and you're going to charge me for it and just offer me a free dessert?? I don't think so!! When I told her that I wasn't paying for it, she said she'd talk to manager. Finally came back and said we wouldn't be charged. Manager should have come out himself, but never did. As all this is happening, thete have been 2 couplws standing at the hostess station for 15 munutes now, with noone bothering to seat them! There are many empty tables here! We come here every year for every playoff game..we'll find a new place for the next ones!!!
