Tokyo Steakhouse Sushi and Bar

I've been here over 30 times and the last 5 times I went it has just been going down hill. Each time is a worse experience than the last. Tonight when we went me and my fiance were waiting at the entrance for over 10 minutes with the staff making eye contact with us multiple times but never addressing us then after a total of 15 minutes she finally told me to wait so she could answer 2 more phone calls before they seated us. I know every restaurant is different but it is common courtesy to ask the people on the phone to hold while you seat on the people that are standing in front of you. She didn't even address us until she told me to wait, not even a hello. We felt so unwelcome after she finally sat us that we actually walked out and went to a different sushi place, which was a great decision. So, in summary please don't support a restaurant that doesn't have any standards of service. It's honestly sad because the chefs are amazing and the food is great but the service is absolutely terrible. If you want to go somewhere to wait at least an hour before you get your food even though there are tons of open seats then this is the spot for you.

Hibachi is an experience and Tokyo Steakhouse does it right. High energy chefs and great quality of food with a really good selection of sushi, this place is an absolute gem.

The quality of the food, the delicious taste and the smile we see when we walk in, I think it's worth it. Go and enjoy it!
