After the nice gentlemen told me
He would take links off my watch for free, his wife miserably told me that that wasnt an option once he wasnt there, and over charged me 15 dollars just to take two links off and then would not answer any questions about jewelry and seemed as if smiling when I complimented her outfit was going to kill her. Ive never met someone so miserable and almost insistent on ruining customers days. I wish I didnt give her my business and never will again. Her husband deserves a happier wife.

Fantastic service, I ordered a diamond pendant necklace for my girlfriend online and the chain was so thin and so small like it was made for a child, they helped me find the perfect gold chain and even gave me a extremely fancy box to package and wrapped it up so sophisticated. I would give ten stars if I could. Thank you so much for saving my Christmas gift!

I dropped off 2 rings for resizing. I'm beyond happy with the finished product. I've needed it done for a long time but put it off. 1 ring was my late husbands and the other was my current husbands. They both hold sentimental value to me. When I picked them up, they looked like new.. not only were they resized, but cleaned professionally and scratches on the ring itself were removed. I will return in the future if needed. Thank you so much!!!
