I placed a lumber order 2 weeks ago . I had to purchase certain lengths because everything else was out of stock. I did that and it said my order would be delivered on the 22nd. I lost a days pay because I took the 22nd off. NO ONE SHOWED WITH MY ORDER!! NO PHONECALL, NO EMAIL, NOTHING SAYING IT WOULDNT BE DELIVERED!! On top of that I have a contracter coming and I have no lumber to build a deck! I spent 3 diferent days on the phone to find out what happened. I was on hold one day for almost 3 hours the second was for 2 hours and the third time was over 2 hours!!!!!!!!!!  How can anyone conduct bussiness like this?? I have never been treated so poorly from Home Depot !!!

I recently moved to Everett and bought a lot of materials from Home Depot in Everett and Chelsea. I have spent close to 5 figures in a month, so whenever I do a refund, it would be a couple of hundred dollars which is pretty typical compared to the amount I initially spent. Recently, they put the entire refund into store credit. Why? When I have been getting the refunds directly to my credit card. I asked the lady why the full refund goes to store credit, and she responded, "Don't you know how to read the receipt." This is rude.In addition, The customer service for this particular Everett location is terrible. Staff would try to give you a quick answer and leave. Staff in other Home Depot locations would walk you to the aisles, explain about the products, and page someone in that section if they don't have solid knowledge about the material.Even though I live a few minutes away from this location, I'd try to go to other stores going forward.
