In early October, I was charged with an OUI (my first interaction with criminal justice) Considering my profession, firearms licenses, and prospective business opportunities, an unfavorable disposition of the case, would have been VERY problematic. Atty Chamberland thoroughly reviewed the case with me, offered a pragmatic, and sensible approach (suggested trial by jury) Thankfully at the "Motion for Trial Readiness" He was able to get the OUI charge dismissed outright, and I was found "not responsible" for speeding.... This saved me THOUSANDS of dollars, a potential conviction on my record, and TONS of stress. Should you find yourself in similar circumstances, I would STRONGLY suggest consulting with Atty. Last year I was charged with a DUI. I got Attorney Chamberland and I could not be more happy with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows what he is doing.He is an excellent lawyer and if you have him you are in great hands. Needless to say I won my case and was found not guilty thanks to him and his incredible knowledge about the law! He will fight for you and I'm extremely greatful he fought for me!
