Walter with LPS Associates is professional, timely and always goes beyond the call of duty for his clients. If you need a fabulous phone and video conferencing system you need to chat with him. When COVID was causing havoc with the world and we were needing to go remote with Michael I Flores PC. Law Firm it was an easy feat with Walter. I took the phone off my desk and brought it home and plugged it in to my modem and was good to go. No one even knew I wasn’t in the office. The rest of the staff was able to have an app on their cell phone and I could continue to transfer calls to them. We also were able to use video conferencing with our daily team meetings and meeting with clients. Hands down quality service and responsive. You can call and talk to a “live” person. AMAZING!! Communication Management is a small company located in Eastham, MA. For the past two decades, the company has successfully conducted instructor-led, onsite communication skills training programs for large companies primarily located in the Northeastern part of the United States. The company is going through a re-birth where its training services will be delivered via online systems. LPS Associates, specifically Walter Sebastian, has been a steadfast partner in helping CMI upgrade its ability to communicate with clients and provide services from anywhere with Internet access. Serving clients from Cape Cod home base requires being able to connect with associates so that there is never a question of provider location. LPS makes this possibility a reality. The folks at LPS Associates worked closely with us to setup a phone system that meets the needs of our office. Right now having a reliable phone system that we can access remotely is a must for our office. Even long after the system was installed, they are also always available to answer any questions and help with support. We highly recommend LPS.
