My husband and I have been renting a summer cottage in Welfleet from Martie at Peters Real Estate for about 20 years. She is great to work with, and we have never found a snag or problem with our rentals. Check out what they have to offer - some really nice locations, all reasonably priced!

Just received an appraisal from "Friendly Appraisal" and was completely dissatisfied with the effort to accurately appraise the property. None of the comparables were accurate. The property being appraised is on an acre of land and new construction, close to lake Michigan. Friendly Appraisal's comparables all 1/2 acre properties and smaller sqft except for one property. I don't believe this company does there due diligence to accurately compare properties.
